The office was established in the year 2006 AD in the city of Riyadh by lawyer / Fayez bin Muhammad Al-Dakhil, based on his previous judicial experience, which extended for more than 11 years in the judiciary at the Ministry of Justice.

 

During the course of the office, which lasted for more than 16 years, it achieved several successes, through which it won a number of major cases and gained the trust of a number of the most important businessmen, companies, and distinguished clients.

 

This is done by providing all kinds of legal services in various commercial fields of all kinds and legal and "Sharia" advice in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations, such as various legal consultations and studies, including preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and memorandum  of understanding, in addition to preparing specialized legal studies and research, pleading and litigation

 

During that period, the office was able to attract and form a team of distinguished lawyers and consultants with long experience, beside supporting  team and researchers in various legal disciplines.
